Popovich is a case killer.

Ed Clinton is a case killer.

What do I mean by this?



Looking at the big picture, the system of case killing works like this:

Large multinational insurance companies try to control the court process by forming a special relationship with judges and with plaintiff attorneys.

When a plaintiff files a case for damages against a large multinational insurance company, the company attorneys act as defense counsel.

If they can get a plaintiff's attorney to be a 'case killer' and a judge to turn a blind eye to killing the case, the large multinational insurance corporation can control the entire court process from beginning to end.

The court process becomes like a theater.  The multinational corporation controls the defense counsel, the plaintiff counsel, and the judge.  The 3 parties pretend to oppose one another, but they are only play acting because they aleady know the case will be killed.




If this master theory is true, there are 'case killing' attorneys all over the U.S. who are trying to attract injured parties seeking damages from insurance companies as targets.

We can see that Popovich and Mast are case killers.  We now have clear evidence that Ed Clinton is a case killer.  Gooch is probably another case killer.


Consider how many more must be out there all over the U.S. with secret relationships with large multinational insurance corporations waiting for victims.
