Exceptions to the court reporters restrictions.  If requesting a restricted court reporters certificate, the chief circuit judge must do the following:






"The Chief Circuit Judge must submit a written request for a restricted certificate to the Court Reporting
Services, 325 West Adams Street, Room 140, Spring field, IL 62704. Enclose the four-page application,
supporting documentation, and fee payment."
